Downgrade IOS XR from 7.1.15

Hi, I need a documentation guide step by step to downgrade IOS XR from 7.1.15 x64 in ASR9910. We have tried with USB boot and tftp boot still failed.

Did you solved the issue? Which was your target version? same 7.1.x or something below? Also, downgrade was 64 to 64 or 63 to 32 bits?
