You tell us very little about this environment which makes giving good advice difficult. Is your router running a dynamic routing protocol with the ISPs? Or will it be using static routing? If using dynamic routing are the ISP advertising only a default route or are they advertising additional routes?
The simple situation is that you will not use a dynamic routing protocol (and in this situation there is not much benefit from a dynamic routing protocol). In this case you would configure on the router 2 static default routes, one with next hop of ISP1 and the other with next hop of ISP2. Note that for this to work you will also need to configure address translation (using a route map which can match the translation to the interface being used).
