Dual ISP - Redundancy and Load Balancing

First off not Cisco certified just self taught in order to keep things running and clean out some garbage from the previous guy.

We are adding a 2nd ISP connection this summer and I am looking how to setup our Router to Load Balance while both lines are up or fail over to a single connection if one fails.

We have a Cisco 2921 Router and Cisco 5510 Firewall.

Router

Cisco IOS Software, C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.2(4)M5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

Firewall

Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.1(5)
Device Manager Version 7.3(3)

Our firewall currently handles the NAT will I need to move that to the Router?

Also will I need IP SLA on the router?  If so I know I need to buy the Data license.

Current Connection is 100Mb/100Mb Down/Up guaranteed.

New connection is 150Mb/20Mb Down/Up but not guaranteed.  Will connect to interface GigabitEthernet0/2

Hi,

I would like to ask if you are done with your configuration? Is it working?

next month we will add an addition ISP and I will try to configure it?

Hope you'll give me some ideas.
