I have a RV320 dual router and need to connect my Verizon Smart hub router as a fail over to my land line.
the smart hub signal is not recognized when I connect to to the WAN/DMZ or Wan.

try both a standard straight cable and a crossover cable...

The Router is recognized when I connect it to one of the Lan Jacks in the back.. Not the WAN

do you have Smart Link Backup enabled for the interface (page 56 of the attached user guide) ?

Also make sure you have the latest firmware installed (release 1.4.2.19)...
