dynamically routed private line, and statically routed IPsec tunnel

Hi Anyone can explain the below two ways to connect two office? Thank you

 

First is "dynamically routed private line". Second is "statically routed IPsec tunnel"

The two names look a little weird. People usually do not mention it like this.

Dynamically routed probably means that a dynamic routing protocol (EIGRP/OSPF) is used as opposed to static routes. Statically routed: the VPN tunnel is set up with static routes...
