Sir,Following is the output of my E3 controller.
What is the meaning of E3 9/1/0 is up.How to avoid 11 P-bit Err Secs, 11 P-bit Severely Err Secs,
11 Severely Err Framing Secs, 71 Unavailable Secs,
0 Line Errored Secs, 11 C-bit Errored Secs, 11 C-bit Severely Errored Secs.Whether it is due to E3 card Problem or Transmission problem.
E3 9/1/0 is up.
CE3 H/W Version : 4.2.1, CE3 ROM Version : 1.1, CE3 F/W Version : 1.2.1
Applique type is Channelized E3
Total available channels 128, used 16
No alarms detected. Line Code is HDB3, Clock Source is Internal.
0 PA software resets. 0 E1 framer resets. 149 E1 throttles.

These errors in itself are not significant.
However, you shold èprobably use clock line, not internal.
Send complete "show interface".
