EBGP and DMVPN

Dear all ,

I would like to ask duplicate question.

I would like to clear eBGP and DMVPN.

May i know can we use eBGP as both of under lay protocol and overlay protocol ?

I mean i will eBGP to peer with ISP and also use again as routing  for DMVPN . May know it will double BGP ? That double usage will be conflict ? because underlay is bgp and overlay is also bgp in Same AS.is it recommend ?

i always see underlay is bgp and overy is EIGRP.

you can use (e)BGP as the only protocol. Have a look at the below sample config (this is for Phase 3):
