EHWIC-4G-LTE-AU Reporting no information 0/0/0 all
I have a EHWIC-4G-LTE-AU in a 1941 router running C1900 Software (C1900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.4(3)M1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1) and while the EHWIC-4G-LTE-AU is passing cellular traffic just fine, when running sh cellular 0/0/0 all, the following is returned.
I was getting sensible information via this command (i.e. full information on EHWIC firmware, bands, MCC, MNC, service, roaming etc) however it seems that I am not now. The LTE LED on the EHWIC is not on however WWAN and RSSI are.
EHWIC is still functioning just fine as it is connected and passing data. EHWIC is connected to an external MIMO antenna on the roof of our building.
Is this perhaps due to the IOS being 15.4 and below the minimum of 15.5 required for the EHWIC?
Any help would be appreciated.
