Hi we have now a 3660 router with 4 conections LAN to LAN that connected to another two Building (two conections for build), Now it´s working load balancing between the interfaces using routing EIGRP, However in case that router failed the comunnications between two buildings down, so We have another router 3640 and we decided to use the feature HSRP for redundancy on devices, so the question is, It´s possible to have load balancing using both features HSRP and EIGRP ?
thanks

You certainly can. Just remember that HSRP and EIGRP are two very different protocols. HSRP is a first-hop routing protocol which helps to reduce the impact of a default-gateway for hosts going down when another is present. EIGRP is a routing protocol which distributes routing info across a routing domain.
There is no real interaction between HSRP and EIGRP as such and they operate independently of each other.
Hope that helps - pls rate the post if it does.

Take a look at GLBP. It has all the fault tolerance of HSRP with better load balancing functionality.
