I have a RSM and a Cat 4k L3 switch seperated by the RSM's switch. I keep getting bounces on certain vlans that have HSRP set up on them. Other vlans with HSRP have no issues. All HSRP is set up between these 2. Anyone have any clues as to what is going on?

Hello,
I would not assume EIGRP neighborship bouncing because of HSRP. What are the error messages giving you as to why the adjacency is dropped?

the title of your post says that your EIGRP neighbors are bouncing, in the description of your problem, you talk about HSRP, can you clarify that ?
If it is HSRP you are having problems with, there could be numerous reasons, one of them being that the HSRP peer misses three successive HSRP hello packets from its corresponding HSRP peer, either due to physical or spanning tree problems.
