In India, t is possible to configure EIGRP on MPLS topology.

Hi,

You can have any IGP configured and MPLS on top of that.

There is not anything about MPLS that would prevent running EIGRP as the routing protocol. Whether running EIGRP in your MPLS would depend on your particular service provider and what they support.

I can say that I have worked with a customer in the United States who runs EIGRP as the routing protocol in their MPLS network. So from a protocol perspective it is certainly possible. Whether it will work for you is entirely dependent on your service provider and what they offer.
