Enable multi-cast across the WAN

Hi Everyone

I want to know can someone tell me how to enable multi-cast across the WAN, I'm currently the VoIP guy for my company and I have the CUCM piece done I just need to know how to enable the multi-cast across the WAN so all the phones can have MOH.

What I have is 10 sites that have older CUCM boxes and the boxes are going away and all they are going to have is a router with PRI's and a MPLS WAN connection back to our data center. I know once I get rid of the older boxes they won't be able to get MOH unless I do multi-cast across the WAN and I wanted to know how to set it up.
