Tengo un router ISR4431/K9 con Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 16.06.04 y el dispositivo se a reiniciado en varios oportunidades, arrojando el siguiente error cuando el router esta disponible luego del reinicio.

Alguien tendrá alguna solución o solo queda realizar un Upgrade de IOS y Rommon.

Se realiza upgrade de IOS version 16.12.05 y Rommon a version 16.12(2r), luego de este procedimiento equipo no ha presentado el mismo problema de reinicio.

ISR44XX/43XX :Continuous EDAC messages, unexpected reboot or inability to boot

Description
Symptom:
1) The system is running, but starts reporting the following error on the console: "%IOSXE-4-PLATFORM:kernel: EDAC MC0: CE - no information available: INTERNAL ERROR". The system may continue to run without problems.
2) The system crashed either after printing out the message above, or for no apparent reason.
3) The system does not boot, but keeps printing out only "Initializing Hardware ..." on the console. If it finally does boot, it may show "Last reset cause: Unrecoverable Error" at the rommon prompt during boot, or "Last reload reason: CpuCatastrophicError" in IOS when running the "show version" command.
4) The system boots to IOS, but then reboots with the following command "%PMAN-3-PROCHOLDDOWN:pman.sh: The process cpp_ha_top_level_server has been helddown"
Conditions:
This issue has been observed on a limited number of ISR44XX/ 43XX systems. No special conditions are required.
Workaround:
None
Further Problem Description:
this bug is for ISR platform specific. In some cases a poorly seated memory DIMM may cause similar symptoms, and reseating all DIMMs in the system may be a first step to rule out this issue. If you still suspect that you may be affected by this defect, please contact Cisco TAC for further confirmation.
routers with newer manufacturing dates will NOT be impacted by this bug.
ISR4451 released on 8/16/2016 onwards
ISR4431 released on 11/12/2015 onwards
ISR4351 released on 3/3/2015 onwards
ISR4331 released on 3/17/2015 onwards
ISR4321 released on 3/16/2015 onwards

Equipo que afecta este bug corresponde hasta el año 2015, equipo con el problema corresponde a 2019.
