Error with WIC-1DSU-T1-V2

I am trying to install this WIC into a 2811 without luck. I have received two of these WIC cards from vendor with no success. Both times I get the following output from "show diag" and messages on console.

I have tried different slots on the 2811 without a change. First on IOS 12.3(8)T8 and also have tried on 12.3(11)T. No change.

Any ideas? Bad lot of WIC's from vendor?

Its possible the h/w is bad, can you make sure the cards are seated properly in the slot ? Can you type a sh version ?

I guess it is possible that the vendor has a bad lot of WICs since this is the 2nd one.

I have tried different slots. The WIC's are very snug compared to others that I have installed in the past. They dont feel like they fit right to me.
