When I am booting a router 3620, I am unable to detect flash memory.
what would be the reason. Is Flash memory becomes unserviceable. And what about IOS.
Is it available in the market, if yes what would be the cost.

IOS may not be present in flash.

It's very difficult to buy a 16 or 32mb PCMCIA card these days. And the 3600 series are very, very picky. There are a number of 3rd party brands you can use.
