frame configuration

Im having trouble configuring frame-relay on routers running on two different networks over a cloud.

Cloud shows that routers' interfaces are connected and routers show frame relay has been configured yet routers cannot communicate over cloud.

can i get exact commands to use to configure network.

I am not clear about what you are doing. Frame Relay is designed to run over serial interfaces. The cloud does not generally provide serial interface connectivity. Perhaps you can clarify for us what is in the cloud that provides the serial interface functionality?

The PT-CLOUD-NM-1S interface. this interface is part of the default interfaces in packet tracer 6 .0.1

when i connect the cloud and routers within the same network over the cloud, packets are sent and received by routers over cloud. once i use the very same diagram but with different networks,packets fail. that's the challenge im facing.
