Having issues with connecting different locations together

Hi, I'm working on a small network that has 3 buildings, and I need to connect each of the buildings together so that I can ping each PC from any other PC.

Attached is the Packet Tracer file I'm working on. I've added what I believe to be the correct static routes but I'm not entirely sure. I'm not sure how to implement the routes correctly, I believe I have but I am most likely missing out something extremely simple that I've overlooked - please help!

as i saw in pkt project, IP addressing is not correct. you need to design correct IP plan before configure routing or routers. LAN network needs gateway IP which may configured in connected routing interface. is this assignment or real network replication or new plan?
