HDLC Messages

We just started having issues with one of our T1's.  We are getting the following error messages doing a debug service-module and debug serial interface:

Jan  1 22:46:03.456: Serial0/0/0: HDLC myseq 109, mineseen 106, yourseen 95, line down
Jan  1 16:46:04: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Serial0/0/0, changed state to down
Jan  1 16:46:04: %DUAL-5-NBRCHANGE: IP-EIGRP(0) 10: Neighbor 192.168.200.30 (Serial0/0/0) is down: interface down

Also getting theses errors:

Jan  1 22:44:48.142: Serial0/0/0 - Keepalive time mismatch - should be 10 secs, is 29

The keep alive is set to 10seconds.

Any ideas?

Please include "show interface serial X/Y/Z" taken on both sides of the circuits.

The circuit is having so many errors that can't be reliable.

Is telco providing clock ?

If they are not, are you providing clock on one side only ?

The other obvious chance is, faulty circuit.
