That switch is a L2 PoE capable switch. That doesn't really narrow it down too much but for a small Business have a look at the Linksys switches -

Alternatively you could look at something along the lines of a 2960 -
2960 Cisco switches
You should be able to find something from the above 2 links that meets your requirements.
