HELP: Connecting 4 Routers

hello, Im Richard a college student from the Philippines. We are told to create something like this. 

 Everything can be accessed except when accessing from router A-C,C-A,B-D,or D-B. I mean, if try to ping from PC6 (router A ) to Server0 (router C) using mail (the one that can be found in lower right side. sorry i dont know what its called.)

and also I cant connect the second switch in the router C.

Hi, 

You are using the static route so please add the route also on Router A for router C and router C both local network. Currently, your router A is don't know that where it will forward the traffic for your server A.
