Hi, I have 2 cisco ASR 1001-x routers with 3 ISP links, i want to replace them with smart web managed routers where i can control routing based on Source address and also should have management (web) interface to see dashboard and make configurations, what is the recommendation ?

Look at SD-WAN Solution if you have enough budget.

If not you can use PBR with IPSLA ( some EEM Script to automate) and some scripting for reports.
