High Convergence

Hi Team,

Can we keep the BGP times Keepalive as 3 sec and Hold down as 9 sec ,  one  of my client is sedning  singallling over  MPLS network in case the convergence time is more than 10 sec the  box starts rebooting.

The option of BFD is overruled.

Pls suggst any other technique.
