Hi Ashutosh,
on you F0/0 you have got following configuration :
ip flow ingress
ip flow egress
ip route-cache same-interface
ip route-cache policy
ip route-cache flow
ip policy route-map Asianet_out
I believe it forces the cisco2811 to process you traffic not in CEF but in CPU, the output of you "sh int f0/0" shows too mane drops and errors as well:
FastEthernet0/0 is up, line protocol is up
Input queue: 12/75/46201/0 (size/max/drops/flushes); Total output drops: 0
Queueing strategy: fifo
Output queue: 0/40 (size/max)
30 second input rate 8085000 bits/sec, 5676 packets/sec
30 second output rate 10007000 bits/sec, 1982 packets/sec
1664261706 packets input, 3721208020 bytes
Received 4976887 broadcasts, 1 runts, 0 giants, 1397 throttles
475451 input errors, 6 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 475444 ignored
are the counters increasing?

and could you please show the output from the command:
"show proc cpu sorted"
just enter it a couple of times in order to see which process takes so much CPU.
