I have two switches in stack, which have high CPU processing, I see that the fed process is consuming too many CPU resources.

Hi,
The IOS/XE you are running is ver 3.2.3SE.
When you visit te Cisco IOS download site this version
has been deferred.
Cisco have proved there is a serious software issue with that release.
(Cisco TAC would be very reluctant to look for a fix on this version)
They suggest you move to the 3.6 train.
3.6.6SE(MD) is the suggested verion on the site today.
Look at the download and read the release notes and config guide (especially
on how to upgrade to this version)
before you proceed to upgrade
