Yes, such limits are difficult to find. Most are rather "generous" and often you'll first exceed what the router can effectively support before you're limited by its actual logical maximums. Also, some depend on hardware in the device. An example of the latter, RAM for routes.
Of those you ask about, I think CBWFQ supports 255 queues in the later IOS versions.
