How to change telnet password from the Network Assistant?

We have Cisco 4503 switch. We can login it using Cisco Network Assistant. But can't login it using telnet. It prompts for the password. No one knows the password. How can we change the telnet password, perhaps enable password too from the Network Assistant?

Hello Chicagotech,

Tim is correct. Verify if you have telnet enable on you Cisco 4503 switch. If you implement the following command in Exec mode, that should provide assistance for you.

switch# show users
