vpc downstream devices only need configure feature lacp , then port channel no need further command to configure
how about VSS case?
how to configure downstream routers to use uplink devices which VSS?

VSS General LACP config should work
vPC you only need on Nexus side - other side just standard LACP active should work.
Depends on Router and mode and IOS code running it, command may vary but concept is same.
