How to get the commands executed

How to get the commands executed on CISCO IOS devices by other user.

Is there any way without using syslog server.

for this you would need to configure AAA, using tacacs or radius, you will need a dedicated server for the AAA.

Thanks but is there any other way is there to find the logs entered by a user.

If i am running a small organisation i m unable to TACAS or AAA server.

Please suggest something else.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Executed by another user how? I.e. what are your trying to accomplish? Also unclear how the syslog server relates.
