Hi Guys, I'm relatively new to this and I've been researching lately but can't figure out how to properly do this and I have a Cisco Catalyst 3650. I have other vlans but I only want to access/reach the 100 and 200 (below):
1. vlan 100 [workstations]
192.168.100.1 255.255.255.0
2. vlan 200 [printers]
192.168.200.1 255.255.255.0

Hi
You need to enable routing with the command
conf t
ip routing
Now, the proper switch licesing is necessary. You need IP service licesing

I've unaware of all the specific licensing restrictions for the 3650, but there's no IPBase kind of license that offers static routing and possibly RIP?

First run ip routing in SW
Then config svi for both vlan
Lastly config the SVI of vlan as default gateway in hosts.

Since you mention "other vlans" and "only want access/reach", could you clarify exactly what the logical topology is, what's working now, and want you want it work as? To me, at least, it's unclear whether you have a basic kind of routing problem or you're trying to constrict/restrict access.

as i understood you want to reach workstations & printers from specific network,
you can do it by creating an extended access-list with the source (network) and destination (workstations & printers)
and do not forget permit any any in the end,
and apply it to the appropriate interface .
