HWIC-3G-GSM FPGA Errors

Hi,

I have recently purchased a secondhand HWIC-3G-GSM card. I have tried it in multiple 3845 and 2801 routers all running the correct versions of IOS. Everytime the router boots up I get the following error messages:

*Sep  4 10:33:56.935: FPGA core logic PLL Failed to Lock: 0xFFFF

*Sep  4 10:33:56.935: %HWIC_CELL-1-FPGA_DNLD_FAIL: FPGA download failed for NM slot 0 HWIC slot 3, PLL lock fails.

*Sep  4 10:33:56.935: %HWIC_CELL-1-INTF_INIT_FAIL: HWIC cellular interface init failed for NM slot 0 HWIC slot 3          hwic type 0x51E

Google has not thrown up any answers as to what these actually mean, however I suspect it is terminal and the card is bust.

Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks

Andy

Just to update, here are the following versions of IOS I have tried with a 3845, and the outcomes:

12.4(19): Not recognised

12.4(23): Not recognised

12.4(15)T9: Detected but FPGA error

12.4(24)T: Detected but FPGA error

15.1(2)T1: Detected but FPGA error
