Hello!
Is it possible to connect one HWIC-4SHDSL with four CISCO878? How many dsl-groups are needed to make this configuration? (in Command Reference for dsl-group command only two possibilities are described: dsl-group 0 and dsl-group 1)

It's not PHYSICALLY possible.

Then, how many possible? Just one to one?

It is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to insert any modules, whether it's a H/WIC or NM/E, because the 800 series family of routers is a completely-sealed model. Modular models (where you can add modules) start from the 1800 or 1900 and includes the 2800, 2900, 3800 and 3900 ISR.09-15-2010 02:13 AM
Sorry for incorrect question, but I mean connection hwic-4shdsl and Cisco878 by DSL lines of course, not inserting hwic into the cisco878.

Somebody, who has hwic-4shdsl module, tell me please, how many layer 3 interfaces this module supports and how many CISCO878 can be connected to it by DSL line?
