Anybody can give me the solution,whenever putting the HWIC in Cisco 2911 Router.

Error message is getting

Hi Jagmohan,

As per below link Cisco IOS Software Release 15.1(4)M is required for this module.

Please make sure you have the minimum supported IOS.

Hi Amit,

Thanks for given me the right answer because router does have the version-15.0 

I think,i need to update the IOS version.

how can we get the updated IOS and is this chargeable or free of cost.

You can download the IOS software here:

It will be free as long as you have a Cisco User ID and a valid support plan for the gateway. Contact your Cisco Partner/Account manager if you need help getting this done.
