I cant access my switch with SSH: "Access Denied"

Hola, tengo un Switch Cisco, cuando quiero ingresar al Switch de Putty aparece un mensaje: "Iniciar sesión como:" Creo que es el nombre de usuario, así que pongo el nombre de usuario que tengo, luego presiono Enter y aparece otro mensaje: "contraseña:" Y el relleno con la contraseña y obtener un acceso denegado. No sé que puedo hacer. Por favor, ayúdame.

but I have to put that configuration inside the switch right? I cant access to my switch

How is the switch currently configured, can you post the running configuration ? Do you have local access or TACACS/AAA access ?

try and reload (power off/power on) the switch, if you still have no access, you need to perform a password recovery:
