I want a router which merge 2 isp connection in 1 and double the internet speed

2 Options :

1. 2 ISP are same provider - yes come what possible, if they are different provider not possible.

2. if they are 2 ISP provider, you can Load share like segment wise network to 1 ISP over other. and do failover if one of the ISP fails.

is this make sense ?

Depends on how you understand "double" the Internet speed.

Generally you might be able to work toward (two separate links often don't provide) doubling your capacity, but as individual flows, unless doing per-packet load sharing (NOT recommended), use only one link, their "speed" is limited to one link's bandwidth.
