IFS (Industrial & Financial Systems) applications response time across WAN

Looking for expeience, solutions to poor response time of IFS apps (Swedish ERP sw) across Frame relay WAN. Cisco routers, cisco LAN infrastructure. Using "Client server" access to Oracle-based IFS server is too slow for effective work. Other investigations and Alternative access (Citrix) for some users but still oooking for better performance from client server model. Comapny uses NetScout reports to monitor WAN. WAN link is AT&T Frame relay. Latency issues? Cisco software to analyse traffic or response?

What I believe you have to clarify the min. requirement of the application of the network bandwidth /latency. If the current FR is limited the bandwidth or congestion, then try to upgrade the bandwidth or enable commpession.

We need more information to investigate the case. If there is a problem of connectivity issue, we may help more.

Please provide more information of the network design, equipment and the application response.
