igmp snooping and dot1q tunneling

Hello,

please help on following problem.

Does anyone know if igmp snooping works for dot1q tunnel multicast packets (q-in-q)?

It seems it doesn't work on my Cisco 7600 or I'm doing something wrong.

Does it depend on platfrom (6500, 3750..etc), IOS version or it is not supported at all?

Hi Nathanael,

Thank you for your post. I've seen Giuseppe's mail, but his post was from 2008 and he doesn't say categoricaly if IP snooping on service VLAN (on q-in-q tunnel) works or not, and if it would be mybe fixed in future IOS releases.

What IOS version are you using? Maybe there is something in the IOS reference
