igx npm-32 password reset

Does anyone know the correct method for reseting the password on an IGX npm card. I've searched CCO but have found nothing, google throws up some old searches that more or less say there is no documented way to do it.

Has anyone done this or knows of any documentation that may help.

I know this was a while ago, but did you ever get into your system, i.e. password reset. I've got a similar problem, with IGX with an npm-32, and got similar results from CCO.

Way back when it was Stratacom if you needed to reset the su passowrd you had to get TAC to do it. Not unlike trying to get root access on CUCM on the linux boxes these days. I think there was a way were by if you had a spare "good" card you could use that to blow the old config away and then reset the password that way. not much good if your box is production though.
