influencing outbound traffic bgp

hello

I have three peering BGP (AS1)  with three different partner (AS2, AS3, AS4). One of those partner (AS2) has Peering BGP with one of ours (AS3). So, partner AS1 wants to receive announcement for network from AS4, via Peering between us (AS1-AS2), no thrgoutout (AS2-AS3) 

AS1-->AS2, AS3, AS4
AS2-->AS3

How can I influence outbound traffic in that way?

Sorry for the delay, issue was resolved by partner, changing max Prepend limit. Thank you
