Inter VLAN not working on 3750G-12s

Hi All,

         i have 14 VLAN and both are working fine but VLAN 4 some time going down and after some time automatically goes up.why it is happening like that i can't find out.

please help me out of this problem.

It goes up/down when the port assigned to VLAN 4 goes up/down.
