Hi Raja,

It is possible to control access between VLANs with Access Control Lists (ACLs), either normal ACLs or VLAN ACLs (VACLs) depending on how you have your network configured.

Below is a link to the configuration guide for Cataylyst 3560s showing you how to create these:

If you get stuck I advise more specific configuration commands but I'd need to know a little more information on how the swicth is configured (a show run would do it).
