internet leased line hardware/link sizing for small ISP

FAQ for Internet leased line.

As a service provider what will be the basic technical questionnaire that should be asked to a reseller (Small ISP) before selling him the internet bandwidth pipe of 45Mbps to 90 Mbps. Also what all network devices (CPE) 2800/3800 router will be required at the premises of the Small ISP + type of media to be proposed Ethernet/ds3.

IMO, there is no such template that SP should based on the services that can provide to the reseller to define what to ask.

Router model is the same that depends on the required performance, expanaibility, cost, etc. And what is the reseller design and the limitation at SP.

It is hard to tell. I suggest to clarify what SP can provide then ask reseller what they want then develop the customized template for yourself.

generally even small ISPs dont go for small routers like 2800/3800. They might have their own network of routers where he may want the bigger SPs link to be provisioned. The media again is upto the feasibility and the preference
