Probably there will be more problem but one thing I can see wrong is that you added a Multilayer switch between the access switch and the router.
You configured interface vlan on the Multilayer switch and subinterface on the router and you used the same IP address. This is wrong.
Remove the Multilayer switch and leave only the access switch and the Router. Put the interface between access switch and the router in trunk.

You are using the same networks on both LAN network and this is wrong. If you use 192.168.10.0/24 in one place, dont use it in another place. This will cause routing issue.
