IOS 12.4.X routers appear as "generic class"

I've been using RME 3.3 to manage my configurations on my routers. Recently, I've upgraded 10 of my routers to 12.4(12). Since doing this, these routers no longer appear as 3662s, 3745s, and 3640s. Instead, they now appear as "Generic Class".

Is this an RME 3.3 problem?

Or, a 12.4 problem?

Or, a configuration issue?

I would start by upgrading to RME 3.5 and see what transpires.
