Please Help to me for download ios images and boot files on routers and switches.?I couldnt download from cisco website(im not a cciE and Cisco gold partner).Someone have pls send me this id sheikmohameds@rediffmail.com

To download images, you need a valid support contract, for the specific product.

You need a valid Cisco Service Contract to download IOS.
If you don't, then contact the vendor who sold you the appliance(s) and see if they can supply you with the firmware you need.
