IOS issue

Our current IOS software(c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M1) for the C3900 series router does not support Object tracking configuration commands
  for Response Time Tracking (RTR).

We need to upgrade the router software (IOS) to advance ip services to support this commands.

Without this command we cannot established our objective to route map the PIN,SCN and PCN to go to Common link and if the link to Common link is not

available the route will go to PCN.

You can gain this functionality by upgrading to any of the following licences or their combination: Data, UC, Security. At least one of them will enable the functionality you desire.

If you need to upgrade your IOS using the universal pkg IOS, you can trial and buy first. I think they give you around 60-days before you buy.
