IOS software and upgrading on 2950

I have a 2950 and I may be having problems dropping connections and auto-negotiating with 10Meg hubs. The IOS that it came with is c2950-i6q412-mz.121-19.EA1c. When I try to use the tools it does not indicate what the feature set is. One description is E1 and S1 IOS image (but there is no description of that) and another says E1 and S1 crypto is the feature.

What is my upgrade path here please? What is that feature set? I just want a switch, and a web interface.

the following url can help u out, there's few enhanced feature in EI image then to SI image.

if u want to have web interface just for management purpose u have to issue an commant at the global prompt then can manage the same through ur web browser.

Still i want to be clear what do u mean with Web interface in ur term.
