IOS-XE support WCCP?

Hi. I've tried to change Catalyst 4507R with SUP4 to Catalyst 4507R+E with SUP7.

but i couldn't. because of WCCP.

I saw that IOS-XE with Catalyst4500 with SUP-7 doesn't support WCCP.

and I can not configure WCCP on that platform.

Is there any solution?

Thanks.

Hi,

short term solution is to configure PBR instead of WCCP (basically you have to manually redirect the traffic).

in case you don't have it here is the PBR guide for IOS-XE 3.2.0

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst4500/12.2/3.1.1SG/configuration/guide/pbroute.html

WCCP will be available for Sup-7 on the following forth coming releases:

IOS-XE 3.3.0SG / IOS 15.1(1)SG

They will be out between March and May 2012 (not committed date yet).
