Dears,
i have a simple question and can be answered easily.i have a layer 3 switch connected to ISP MPLS router on my layer 3 switch i have multiple subnets of 10.10.1.0/29 10.10.1.8/29, 10.10.1.32/27,10.10.1.64/26,10.10.1.128/26, ISP is advertising 10.10.1.0/24 from their end but users on other remote sites are not able to reach me even though the isp router is not able to reach my internal subnet.
thanks

Do you mean even though the ISP router can reach your subnets ?
It sounds like the ISP is responsible for advertising each site's routes, is that the case ?
What do the remote site routers etc. show in their routing tables ?

Dear Jon
layer 3 switch-----> ISP-CPE-Router------(MPLS cloud)
10.10.1.2 10.10.1.1
Do you mean even though the ISP router can reach your subnets ?
when i ping from my internal subnets to ISP-CPE-Router i.e 10.10.1.1 i am not able to ping this is when ISP is advertising as a /24
It sounds like the ISP is responsible for advertising each site's routes, is that the case
yes
What do the remote site routers etc. show in their routing tables
i don't have control on the ISP-CPE-Router, i have a layer 3 switch pointing to routes for the remote sites to the ISP-CPE-Router.
thanks

If all your traffic goes to the ISP router, there is nothing you can do other than contacting your ISP and asking to advertise specific subnets out into the MPLS cloud.
Are you saying you cannot even ping 10.10.1.1 from your internal networks ? Can you post the config of your Layer 3 switch ?

Dear Georg,
My question is when ISP is advertising 10.10.1.0/24 to remote sites the subnet are not pingable from remote sites ???why when ISP advertises specifically subnets then remote sites are able to reach.
Are you saying you cannot even ping 10.10.1.1 from your internal networks ? Can you post the config of your Layer 3 switch ?
YES, the config is straight forward with static routes pointing to the ISP-CPE-Router, Ping fails from my internal network when the 10.10.1.0/24 is pointed to my layer 3 switch by ISP, when ISP points specific internal subnets to my layer 3 switch ( 10.10.1.2) then i am able to ping from the internal subnets to the ISP-CPE-ROUTER (10.10.1.1)
Thanks

Hi
On the CE's are you receiving the prefixes from each other? do you see them on the routing tables?

Dear Julio
CE is pointing /24 subnet to my layer 3 switch, then why from my internal network i am not able to reach the ce router.
