I think we must start from HSRP, why the HSRP is go from active-> standby, are you config track with HSRP? if yes I think the ISP link is flapping.
it SP issue not our I think

Yes, we configured track with HSRP. Any recommendation to ensure ISP link is flapping?

Regards.

there are two point

1- the ISP flapping
debug standby event <<- this show if the track effect the HSRP status

2- CPU high utilize

I do not see CPU high utilize on the devices

Yes what about the debug standby event ?

Hi!

Does the command debug standby event could affect the performance of the device?

sure Yes, if you already face high cpu then with this debug it will be worse,
you can use show track and then check the change and last change time, is it same time you face LDP loss ??

R2#show track 1
Track 1
  Interface Serial1/0 line-protocol
  Line protocol is Up
3 changes, last change 00:28:39 Tracked by:
    HSRP FastEthernet2/0 10

Thanks a lot for your comments.

Do you have any comments about the show track or a next step to follow?

Also if you could tell me if the free space on the disk0 is related to the HSRP logs and how to trobleshoot or how to free up the disk0

Hello,

post the full running configurations (sh run) of both routers, dr1_mtymnl and dr2_mtymnl.
