Is it possible to have a backup route to isp?

is it possible to have a back up connection to isp using nat ? For example in my diagram lets just say that R1 dies for no reason is it possible to route traffic to R2 so it reaches the internet? And is it possible trough a loop-back ? i need help

there are different ways to accomplish this. Are you connecting to the same, or two different ISPs ?

trying to connect them to the same loop-back if possible to the same isp  or add another router
